Every year the Miami Valley Tech Prep Consortium has an event called the Tech Prep Showcase hosted by Sinclair. We had multiple teams from our tech programs receive 1st place and runner up awards.
Exercise Science teams conducted research, consulted with professionals in the community, and completed testing on topics such as Sugar Intake Before Competition, Effects of Exercise on the Frontal Lobe, and Performance Related to Proper Footwear.
Information Technology students competed in game development and created two games called Daggers of the Depths and Dave's Adventure by writing code, making models, and putting the whole game together.
Media Arts took first place for their project Burg Culture. The team created a 4 minute video that can be used during first year student orientation.
