DID YOU KNOW? Being out of school just 2 days per month adds up to 18 days; that's a full month of learning missed by the end of the year. It’s easy to underestimate how much school a child is missing if the days are intermittent. That's why EVERY DAY MATTERS!
Reminder that students will not be attending in person on 11/7/23. It will be a Personalized Learning Day. Teachers will send home choice boards for student learning. Attendance will be taken as teachers review the activities completed with students the next day.

Personalized Learning Day Scheduled for November 7, 2023
As a reminder, Miamisburg City School District students will participate in a personalized learning day on November 7, 2023. Our buildings will be closed that day to students to serve as polling locations. During this time, district staff will participate in professional development activities on-site to expand their educational knowledge and training.
Personalized learning is an educational approach that customizes instruction to meet the distinct needs, interests and capabilities of individual students. It involves a variety of instructional methods, technology and curriculum to create a tailored learning experience.
Please see the student choice boards to help your student plan their personalized learning day.
