Did you know? There are 877 housing units under construction or being proposed for the Miamisburg City School District. These growing communities within our school district will increase enrollment at Bauer, Bear, Jane Chance, and Medlar View Elementary Schools. After extensive research, the District is proposing changes to elementary school attendance boundaries aimed at addressing the disproportionate student population, as well as, addressing current programming needs for half & full-day kindergarten. Our next Town Hall meeting to discuss these proposed changes has been rescheduled for Thursday, January 26, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. at Jane Chance Elementary. We hope to see you there!

The ideas being formulated allow for reduced/equitable class sizes, increased teacher collaboration, reduced costs for the district, and a more balanced student population. By providing improved educational resources to our students, we are helping ensure that they have access to the highest quality educational experience, paving the way for a brighter future in our community.
