As a community service, school district facilities may be utilized by residents of the Miamisburg City School District, community groups and local organizations within the limits of the Ohio Revised Code.

If interested in renting a school facility the following must be performed for the district to consider your request.

  1. All applications must be received no later than 3 weeks previous to the requested dates
  2. Print and fill out all information on the attached Facility Use Application. All information must be properly completed for the application to be considered
  3. All required documents (ie: Certificate of Liability Insurance) must be provided when submitting the application.

Once completed, all applications are to be forwarded to our District Maintenance Department either by email to dbulger@miamisburg.k12.oh.us or mailed to Miamisburg City School District Maintenance, 822 North Ninth Street, Miamisburg, Ohio 45342.
