The College Promise Program provides a life changing opportunity for Montgomery County students annually. These students are identified and selected during their 8th grade year. Each student is supported through high school by a caring adult mentor who meets with them weekly for 40 to 60 minutes at their school and through programming offered by the College Promise Program and their college and university partners.

After completing graduation requirements and meeting the entrance requirements for Central State University, Denison University, Kettering College, Miami University, Miami University Regionals, Ohio Northern University, Sinclair Community College, the University of Dayton, Wittenberg University, Wright State University, or Xavier University, the selected students will be awarded scholarships. The scholarship will allow them to attend college at little or no cost to them or their families.

The Miamisburg City School District was privileged to have two students from the Miamisburg Middle School selected for this program. Twins, Brett and Gabriella Young were chosen from our district to receive this incredible opportunity.
