High School Additions & Renovations
Miamisburg City Schools will renovate and expand the high school with 45,000 square feet of additional space. The renovated building will accommodate 2,000 students.

Design Phase: April 2008 – April 2009
Phase 1: Reconfiguration of parking areas and site preparation
Permit/Bid Phase: Spring 2009
Begin Construction: Spring/Summer 2009
Complete Construction: Summer 2009
Phase 2: Construction of auxiliary gym
Permit/Bid Phase: Summer 2009
Begin Construction: Summer 2009
Complete Construction: Summer 2010
Phase 3: 300 Pod demolition/construction of new wing
Estimated to occur between Summer of 2010 and Summer of 2011
Phase 4: 100 Pod demolition/construction of new wing
Estimated to occur between Summer of 2011 and Summer of 2012
Interior Renovations
